Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are only accepted before Halloween with a proven manufacturer defect in which case a new mask will be sent as a replacement. Item cancellations before they are shipped out from our warehouse are allowed. In this case, a refund will be made to the buyer and the order will be canceled. Please be aware that tracking information may not always be up-to-date. When an order is showing it is still being processed after several days of your purchase it is most likely already shipped and on its way to you. This is a known issue with the post office that we cannot be blamed for. We ship orders as soon as possible. After the product is shipped there are no refunds. Returns are not accepted, we can only exchange the product according to the terms above. The reason we don’t allow returns or refunds is in the not-so-rare case of someone buying a mask, wearing it to an event or party and then wanting to return it. Thanks for understanding!


  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment..
  • Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • All of our on-sale items are final and non-refundable (NOT eligible for refunds). 

Custom Orders

Custom order are made specifically for a person and it is not possible for us to re-sell it. Therefore, custom orders are Non-Refundable. However, if there is any issue with the custom order, we can try our best to resolve the issue.


All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
